You have two options. Either a 25% non- refundable deposit with the remaining balance due no later than 24 hours before the start of the project, or a 50% non-refundable deposit with the remaining balance due the day the project is delivered.

We know things happen so we make rescheduling easy. Reach out to us within 24 hours of your scheduled shoot and we will work together to find a more suitable date for you. Your deposit will count towards your new time.
You will receive the raw jpg's within 24 hours to make your final selections. Once you have finished your selection, turnaround time for your edited digital images will be within 14 days.
Turn around time for videos vary depending on several factors including length of video, editing complexity, and any revisions requested. We will provide a estimated time of delivery during your initial meeting.
For photography projects, images will be uploaded to a custom gallery made just for you where you can view and download your images.
For video projects, you will be sent a custom link provided through We Transfer to download your video.
Both photography and video projects will be given one free revision. Any additional revisions will have an additional cost.
You will receive 10 fully edited images with each photography session. You are able to order more for an additional cost. For event photography we will remove any unusable photos, and provide the remainder for you. We will do a basic edit on these pictures.
